By using the «Women’s Seasons» program, website, Telegram bot, and related services («Service»), you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Women’s Seasons is a wellness and personal development program for women exploring the connection between body cycles, nutrition, psychology, and well-being. It may include online group sessions, webinars, a Telegram bot, digital journal tools, a community space, and downloadable materials.
3. Not Medical Advice
The Service is for self-developmental purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare provider before making health decisions. Program experts share educational perspectives and personal experience, not clinical services.
4. Payment and Refunds
Access to paid programs is granted upon payment. Packages and pricing are described on the website at the time of purchase.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed paid content (EU consumer protection). After accessing content, refunds are at our discretion.
Contact: [email protected]
5. Community Guidelines
In group chats and shared spaces: treat others with respect, keep participants’ stories confidential, do not share harmful content or use the space for promotion. We may remove participants who violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All content — texts, methodologies, workbooks, visuals, recordings, software — belongs to ART.PSY.LAB or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use only. Do not copy, distribute, record sessions, or share access credentials.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of your content (journal entries, survey responses, messages). By posting in shared spaces, you grant us a license to use anonymized excerpts for improvement and marketing — you may opt out in writing. We never publish identifiable stories without your explicit consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided «as is.» We do not guarantee specific results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or gross negligence under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your data, email [email protected]. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana. EU consumers retain rights under their country’s consumer protection laws and may use the EU ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance.
12. Conflict Resolution and Protection of the Space
We acknowledge that misunderstandings, tension, or conflict may arise in any living community. In such situations, we aim to address what is happening with clarity, respect, and care, rather than through blame, avoidance, or punishment.
Where appropriate, the Women’s Seasons team may offer or facilitate mediation between the people involved. The purpose of mediation is to support dialogue, help clarify needs and boundaries, and explore possible agreements that may allow the participants and the group space to remain safe and respectful.
At the same time, the safety of the space and its participants remains our priority. If a participant’s behaviour threatens the physical, psychological, or emotional safety of others, violates confidentiality, ethical principles, respectful communication, or the boundaries of the programme, the Women’s Seasons team reserves the right to intervene, set clear limits, temporarily suspend participation, or terminate access to the programme or community.
These measures are not intended as punishment. They are intended to protect the shared space, the participants, and the conditions necessary for trust, learning, sisterhood, and respectful contact.
13. Crisis and Emergency Situations
Women’s Seasons is an educational, wellness, and personal development programme. It is not a crisis service, emergency mental health service, medical service, psychotherapy replacement, or psychiatric care provider.
If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, thoughts of harming yourself or others, acute psychological distress, violence, abuse, a medical emergency, or any situation that may pose an immediate risk to your safety or the safety of another person, please contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or another qualified professional immediately.
Participation in Women’s Seasons does not replace individual medical, psychological, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic support when such support is needed.
The Women’s Seasons team may recommend that a participant seek additional professional support if we believe that the participant’s needs are beyond the scope of the programme.
14. Scope and Boundaries of the Programme
Women’s Seasons offers educational, reflective, community-based, and wellness-oriented support. The programme may include information about the menstrual cycle, body awareness, emotional literacy, lifestyle, relationships, personal development, and self-reflection.
The programme does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, nutritional therapy, or individual clinical recommendations. Any information shared within the programme is for educational and self-reflective purposes only.
Participants remain responsible for their own health-related decisions. If you have medical, psychological, psychiatric, hormonal, reproductive, or nutritional concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
15. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal
Some Women’s Seasons products or programmes may include immediate access to digital content, online materials, recordings, guides, questionnaires, community spaces, or other digital resources.
By purchasing a digital product or programme and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you acknowledge that the delivery of the digital content begins before the end of the standard withdrawal period. Where required by applicable consumer protection law, we may ask you to provide explicit consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that this may affect your right of withdrawal.
Refund conditions may depend on the type of product, the level of access already provided, the start date of the programme, and applicable consumer protection laws. Specific refund conditions will be stated on the relevant sales page or checkout page.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
