2. What Data We Collect
Account data: name, email address, Telegram ID.
Program data: survey and questionnaire responses, cycle tracking selections from predefined options.
Journal data (stored locally): the web app stores your daily self-tracking entries (energy, mood, sleep, body sensations, appetite, emotions, activity), nervous system map selections, seasonal menu and food tracking, seasonal journal reflections, and cycle integration notes in your browser’s local storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Technical data (automatic): IP address, browser type, pages visited.

4. Health-Related Data
Cycle tracking and wellness survey responses may qualify as health data under GDPR Article 9. We process them on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2) (a)), given when you submit your responses. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing.
Journal data entered in the web app (including mood, body sensations, sleep, and similar entries) is stored only in your browser and is not processed by us.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors under written agreements:
- Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — bot-based communication
- Email service provider — newsletters and program emails
- Web hosting provider — website operation
No transfers outside the EEA without adequate protection per GDPR Chapter V.
6. Data Retention
- Account and contact data: duration of participation + 12 months after program ends
- Survey responses: duration of program cycle + 30 days
- Technical data: up to 12 months
- Marketing consent records: while subscribed + 12 months after
You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR you may: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, erase your data, restrict processing, request data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time.

The web app stores journal and tracker data in your browser’s local storage. You can export it as a PDF (generated entirely on your device) or clear it at any time. This data is never sent to our servers.
