Energy rises, new ideas emerge
When to use it: start projects, meet people
Sometimes you long to rest in the safe quiet of inner strength, but the world rushes, calls, demands you live at a high pace, in relentless success… When the spark inside dims, how do you sustain and build energy without stepping out of life's movement?
With guidance from a doctor of nutrition, psychologists, and a somatic practitioner. In a circle of women searching for their people.
✧ No more marathons that leave you feeling guilty for not finishing. You move at your own pace—there's time and space for that.
✧ No mysticism, no illusions, no «just think positive.» We draw on medicine, psychology, experience, real connection, and co-creation.
✧ No swimming alone—we invite you into an intimate circle of women, for practices and real meetings.
We spoke with dozens of women 40–55, and here's what they said—almost word for word.
You live on autopilot: wake up, do, sleep. Everything works, but it feels like something important has slipped away or vanished.
«The spark is gone. I have everything—and nothing means anything.»
«It's just relentless, honestly.»
«My circle is tiny. And there are no real choices.»
«I want to, but I have no strength. Something is missing.»
«I'm driven. Run, run, do, do.»
«I wake up in a cold sweat in the middle of the night—and have no one to tell.»
It's not because you haven't tried hard enough. And it's not because something is wrong with you.
Medicine explained the female body through a male lens for too long: the cycle was seen as an inconvenience, not a resource. «You're bleeding—okay, you'll just be like this all the time.» «Your reproductive years are over, you can't have children—serve others instead.» That was the whole instruction manual most of us got.
No one teaches you what you actually need in life—not in school, not in the culture of relentless success. You were never given a map for your inner rhythms.
Your exhaustion isn't weakness of character. Your inconsistency isn't a flaw. Your withdrawal isn't avoidance. These are all signals. From your body. From a rhythm you've lost sight of.
Every month you live through 4 inner seasons. Each with its own energy, purpose, and tasks. Do you know where you are now?
Energy rises, new ideas emerge
When to use it: start projects, meet people
Peak energy, social ease
When to use it: negotiations, visibility
Inward focus, clarity
When to use it: reflection, completion
Restoration, inner focus
When to use it: rest, planning
Each season gets a three-month module. A doctor explains what's happening in your body. A psychologist works with your beliefs and patterns. A practitioner leads somatic and movement work. And women share their experience.
When you understand what's happening to you, and it's normal, and—most importantly—predictable, life becomes manageable. For the first time.
«Women's Seasons» is an integrative system woven into life itself. We don't pull you out of life for training. We help you live differently right now.
Most of us have tried them separately: yoga one place, therapy another, a nutrition program somewhere else. You go through one or two or even all three—and feel even more fragmented. Because no one connected the pieces into a system where you live as a whole organism.
We build differently.
Body and Science
A nutritionist doctor explains how your cycles work, how they affect your energy, sleep, appetite, and clarity. It's not a new diet—it's understanding.
Psyche and Acceptance
A psychologist works with emotional patterns, beliefs about who you «should be,» guilt, and inner criticism. It's about reclaiming yourself.
Community and Belonging
A closed circle of women seeking real connection and mutual support, not recipes. It's about ending the loneliness in this journey.
Meaning and Co-Creation
Creating your own life model, finding answers to «why am I doing this» and «how do I want to live.» It's about restoring meaning.
A doctor, a psychologist, and a psychotherapist came together to create a program that finally stays whole.
Nutrition Doctor
«Medicine was built for decades without understanding cycles. Women were told: live like a man. I came to change that.»
Psychologist and Psychotherapist
«The cult of relentless success teaches us to always be on, always productive. That goes against our nature. We learn to live differently.»
Psychotherapist and Somatic Practitioner
«Dance and movement work restore contact with your body. If you don't listen to your body, you won't hear your rhythm. It's foundational.»
Not five lessons—five layers of understanding yourself. Each layer is a new foundation to build from.
STEP 1
Your Inner Compass. Meeting Your Seasons
First, you understand where you are now. What stage of your cycle. What energy you have—and what you can realistically expect of yourself. And most importantly, you stop thinking it's a problem. Because it's not a problem. It's information. This sounds simple. But it changes everything. Because you stop fighting yourself.
What you get: clarity—for the first time, you understand what's happening. Predictability—cycles repeat, you're ready. Energy restoration—because you learn not to drain yourself.
STEP 2
Your Body, Your Science. How Your Cycle Affects Sleep, Energy, and Desire
A nutrition doctor breaks down how hormones actually affect your physiology. Not textbooks with one standard. Understanding your specific body. Its rhythms. Its quirks.
What you get: the skill to listen to your body. Understanding what's natural in each phase. Permission to be easier on yourself.
STEP 3
Patterns and Beliefs. When Your Inner Critic Works Against You
A psychologist helps you understand where beliefs like «I must be strong always» or «if I'm focused on myself, I'm a bad mother» come from. These beliefs run deep. And they amplify the exhaustion cycle. This is where inner work begins. Slow. Deep.
What you get: understanding your patterns. The ability to choose differently. Your first taste of being the architect of your life, not its victim.
STEP 4
Community and Support. The End of Loneliness
When you start sharing your experience with women who understand—without judgment, with warmth—healing happens. Because you're not alone. And never were. This is completely different from watching a video or reading a post. It's about real connection.
What you get: acceptance. A sense of belonging. A support network that doesn't end when your subscription does.
STEP 5
A New Model. How You Want to Live
The final layer is about meaning. How experiencing your seasons helps you choose differently: what to do, who to be with, where to go. It's about restoring your inner voice—the one that knows.
What you get: clarity for life decisions. Restored sense of meaning. And then: the ability to live by your own rhythms, not someone else's.
The steps unfold in order. All meetings are recorded: you watch when it suits you.
Three plans—three paces. One community. All meetings, all materials, the same support system. Only the depth changes.

Before the first circle starts, we have a personal conversation with everyone. In our meeting, we help you understand where you are now, what's draining you, and whether this format fits. It's not a sales call—it's a diagnostic conversation.
In 30 minutes, we: find out where you are in your cycle. understand what's draining your energy. show you the path that fits you, and what participation looks like. explore whether a support bot between meetings would help.
Book a conversation before we startThat doesn't mean you did something wrong. It means the tools weren't quite right, or the timing wasn't right, or you needed different context. Any tool works within a system. Separate yoga, separate therapy, separate nutrition programs—that's not a system. That's fragments. And fragments create new questions instead of answers. Here, all the different parts are talking about the same thing: your inner seasons. How they affect your energy. And how to work with them, not against them. That's a system. And in a system, things start to work.
We designed the format for this. Meetings twice a month—if you can't make a live session, there's a recording. No homework on the basic plan. Everything is asynchronous. And here's what matters: it doesn't add to your life. It integrates into it. Because you start living by your own rhythms. And time appears. Because the energy you spend fighting yourself gets freed up. And you can spend it on what actually matters.
That makes sense. Especially if you've been somewhere before that promised help but delivered reports, pressure, and more guilt. A closed circle of women isn't a Facebook group. It's a place where you can come and breathe. Because everyone here understands what you're talking about. And no one will judge you. Because everyone here is living the same thing. And if something doesn't feel right, we'll talk about it openly. And we can adjust. Because this isn't a locked-in year-long commitment with fine print. It's a partnership.
✧ You're 40–55 and something in your life is asking to shift
✧ You feel drained and want to understand why
✧ You're ready for inner work, not just tips
✧ You need real people with you, not another online course
✧ You've tried therapy or practices, but something feels incomplete
✧ You're interested in medicine, psychology, and women's health
✧ You prefer depth over quick fixes
✧ You need flexibility—recorded sessions work for you
✧ You're looking for quick fixes or magic solutions
✧ You're not ready to talk about your body or bodily sensations
✧ You struggle in groups or sharing with women
✧ Science and medicine aren't important to you
If you're unsure, book a conversation. We'll figure it out together.
We're launching «Women's Seasons» for the first time. The first participants are building this space with us. It's not a launch from a tested playbook. It's creating something new.
The first participants aren't just entering a finished space. They're shaping the program with us—its pace, its details. They're heard. Things can still evolve.
This is a partnership—not a marketing tactic. What founding members get:
✧ Founder status—you name yourself this way if you choose, or remain simply a participant. It's in your hands.
✧ Priority access to in-person retreats in year one
✧ Shape the program—your ideas and feedback guide development
✧ One extra meeting with a facilitator per season (founders only)
Enrollment for founder status closes April 30, 2026. After that, founder status is gone for good.

Meetings are twice monthly, online via Zoom. If you can't make the live session and you're on Circle or Navigator, the recording goes to your archive the next day. Watch when it works for you. We know time zones matter.
Yes. For women past their cycles, we use the lunar calendar as a guide for seasons. It's not mysticism—just an external rhythm to build structure with. Perimenopause and menopause are dedicated topics in the program.
All meeting recordings are in your materials archive. Full access for Circle and Navigator members. Chat and support bot are asynchronous. Time zone is no barrier.
Month one, you discover which season you're in. Month two, you experiment with changing habits and see what works. Month three, it becomes part of your life. You can't build a habit in four weeks. You need time and support. That's why it's a three-month minimum—one full season. Enrollment until June 15.
You can cancel with two weeks' notice. Just let us know and we'll figure it out. If you want to come back later, we'll talk. That said, we recommend finishing the season.
No. Gentle entry is our principle—chat, participation, everything is optional. You'll join in when you're ready.
It's a 30-minute personal conversation before the first circle starts. We help you understand where you are now, what's draining you, and whether this format fits. If we see it's not right for you, we'll say so honestly. The goal isn't to convince you—it's to see if there's a real fit.
From our previous program participants: first insights appear by the first or second meeting. Not magic—just clarity that comes from naming things out loud in the right context. Deep changes take months. But orientation comes fast.
We'll ask you to watch an intro video. That's enough to get context and jump in. If you can't watch it beforehand, that's fine—you can join without prep and watch the video anytime.
It's not an accusation. It's an observation.
You know how to manage. No one taught you—it just happened: family, work, moves, responsibility for everyone but yourself. And you managed. Wisely. Steadily. Often despite yourself.
But managing and actually living are two different things.
There's a woman inside you who wants more than to stay afloat. She wants to know her rhythm. To feel herself as something alive with seasons—not a machine to fix. To have people around who don't need her to explain why she has no energy today.
We don't promise transformation. We offer a space where you can breathe and begin at your own pace.
The first step is small. Choose what feels right: take a quick quiz and pick your plan; read and watch more; ask a question; or if personal attention matters to you, book a 30-minute conversation before we start.

What Women from Our Previous Programs Say
The first circle is new. But it grew from years of work with women. Here's what they say.
«I accept myself now—and it brings me peace. There was always this sense I had to be battle-ready. Now I know it's just a phase.»
— Lyuda, 42
«Less autopilot. More awareness of what's happening in me. And no self-judgment for it. That was the real shift.»
— Svetlana, 45
«Through my teenage daughter, I realized I too live in cycles. When I stopped blaming myself for inconsistency, she became calmer with me too. We started hearing each other differently.»
— Svetlana, 43, CEO
